3 ways with CCC Teacups and Mice

3 ways with CCC Teacups and Mice

Happy Pancake Day! Now I could talk pancake toppigs all day but I have not 1, not 2 but 3 cards to sahre with you today using the Teacups and Mice stamp set from Colorado Craft Company. Each card is a little more involved than the last but all are very easy to replicate.

If you know me and my style of crafting, you may be a little suprised at these cards and the choice of stamps but I am so pleased with how well they turned out.

The first card is a really Clean And Simple design, I started by stamping all of the images from the stamp set onto Neenah cardstock and coloured them with Alcohol markers. I used the coordinating die set to cut the images.

I cut a panel of white card measuring 4" by 5.25" and stamped the sentiment at the bottom, I then added a little blue ink with a blending brush where I wanted my images to sit. I flicked some black ink to add interest and then placed the stamped, die cut images onto foam pads before placing them on to the card to look like the mouse is bouncing on the flower.

The second card is slightly step up...but not much, all I've done is add a die cut frame using the Mega Stamp Frames die set, I cut it in green to coordinate with the green in the teacup. Again I opted for the white panel on an A2 notecard, it's my go to choice.

This final card is the most involved but still a very simple card. I used Altenew's Garden Harmony 3D Embossing Folder to emboss a piece of white card measuring 4"x5.25" I then cut a piece of pastle pink paper using the Creative Edges:Lace Die from Altenew.

I added some black inky splatters and a strip of washi tape before stamping the sentiment. I then added this onto the embossed background and then to an A2 black card. I added the stamped, die cut images to look like the mouse is popping out to say hello.

I really hope you like these cards, I'll be back next week with more cards.
