All the MERRYS

All the MERRYS

Happy Thursday!

Eeeeek! I am a mixture of excited and anxious!

First super excited about Christmas, mainly because it's the most excited my 6 yr old boys have been. This year they have hit that real magical belief in Santa and I'm loving it!

BUT as we are now the 17th Dec, my anxiety is rising with all the things still to do on my 'to do list'. That coupled with the fact of being without an oven for alomst a week is adding to my stress levels!

Anyway, one thing that keeps me semi calm is finding that little bit on time in my day to get creative and this week I am back to last minute Christmas!

I was inspired by Tara's card that she shared HERE on Sunday and loved the 3D effect. So with Concord & 9th All The Merrys stamps and All The Merrys dies on my desk I got to making this fun 3D Christmas tree card.

This was super easy to make. I die cut 3 Christmas trees and added a score line to fold down the middle. The die cut tree in the middle is adhered to one side of each of the two trees either side and their other half adhered to the card. I added some simple enamel dot embellishments and a glittery die cut star.

Making this has inspired me to try and make a 3D Christmas tree garland or at least some hanging decorations with the boys before Christmas (patience and time willing).

As this isn't the most mail friendly card! I had to make another card suitable to send in the mail...

This time I only used the All the Merrys stamps. I love the mix of fonts used in this stamp set, combining them like this adds for clean & simple but beautiful festive impact.

Using a stamping tool, you could whip up a few of these cards in no time! Okay, that's all from me today, I had best get back to ticking off a few more things on my list ;)

Thanks for stopping by today. Crafty Hugs Bev
