Hey there, Terri here! Today I am sharing a super cute creative bear. Now theres something kind of surreal about making a card of a bear creating art, i don't know what it is but it makes me laugh.
I started off by die cutting the Canvas and Easel set, I used Kraft card for the easel frame and the stool and added a little brown ink to age them. The canvas was cut from white card and I used the Paint Splatter Background stencil and some distress oxides to add a playful pattern.
Using the Art Supplies die set I cut and inked up all of the little elements to add to this bears art studio. I stamped the small bear from Beary Rainy Day stamp set, I like how he has his protective clothing on to keep him clean lol. I used the coordinating die set to cut him out.
Next I needed to create his art studio, I used a scrap of patterened paper for the floor, a strip of white card for the skirting board and then added a pattern to the wall using the Confetti Stencil. Adhering everything together was really fun and easy to do. I stamped a sentiment on the easel to finish.
