Birthday Gifts
I have a clean and simple birthday card to share with you today as they are always useful to have in your card collection, I've gone with pinks and browns but of course you can adjust the colour palette to suit your recepient....
The Flat Paper Bag die is rather cute and I have actually folded the end of the bag to give it more dimension on the card.... just remember to pop a stack of foam adhesive squares underneath to support it though. To go along with the bag I used the Celebrate You dies to cut two extra parcels in patterned paper and used the Twine & Bows's dies to decorate them.
I adhered them to a scalloped panel and then used the Celebrate You stamp set and dies to make the birthday banner which is strung across the card at a jaunty angle.... leaving just the right space to add the word 'Happy' above it. For a finishing touch I added a small piece of tissue paper into the top of the bag..... oh and a few scattered dots and stars because I just like doing that :)
