Butterfly Blossom Hugs Card

Hi there, Terri here! Today I am sharing a sping inspired card that's perfect for a friend or family member that needs a hug.

I started by using the texture die from the Butterfly Blossom Texture Die and Stencil Combo to cut my focal panel from 110lb super smooth white cardstock. I then used the stencil to add colour to the flowers and butterflies. The layering stencils really are easy to align due to the etched marking and numbering.

I cut a kraft card stitched rectangle which I added to an A2 white card blank, before adding the stencilled panel with foam pads. I die cut some gold Butterfly bodies using the Butterfly Blossoms Die and added these to the butterflies, they really help to bring them to life.

I decided to add white gel pen higlights to the images to help give them more definition. My sentiment was stamped using the Paper Hug Sentiments Stamps. I white heat embossed it onto kraft card and added it using foam pads.
