Down On The Farm
Hay There, Today I am sharing an Interactive card using Lawn Fawn's Reveal Wheel die set. I recently purchased the Build-A-Barn die set and have been itching to create a fun card with it.
I used the die set to cut all of the elements, I cut some from white card and ink blended and others from coloured card and added a little ink blending. I added scored details to the barn to give the impression of wooden planks. I used the Build-A-Barn add on die to cut the frame for the outside of the windows and to cut the window aperture in the main Reveal Wheel piece.
Using the Reveal Wheel die set I cut the main panel from 300 gsm smooth white card. I ink blended the sky using Lawn Fawn's Slimline Cloudy Stencils and then die cut the grass with the Slimline Grassy Hillside border die.
I cut the wheel mechanism from Neenah Solar Crest cardstock and then used the Build-A-Barn Reveal Wheel Template to align my stamping of the animals from the Tiny Farm Stamp Set. I coloured the images using alcohol markers. Whilst I had the Tiny Farm stamp set out, I stamped and coloured the little farmer guy. I used the coordinating die set to cut him out.
I assembled all of the elements to build the scene using wet glue. I then added a piece of Gotta Have Gingham 6x6 paper to an A2 note card and then adhered the Reveal Wheel on top. I stamp the sentiment onto a banner, cut it in half and added the to the top and bottom of the card.
