EU Sales Suspended
Due to changes to the VAT system across Europe which were implemented on 1st July 2021, we have had to suspend shipping orders to any EU Country.
The new system is far more complex and expensive than we had feared and due to Brexit already impacting our sales to the EU, we are having to carefully consider whether or not we can continue to ship the EU in the future or whether the costs involved are just too high for the amount of orders we now receive.
We will update you as soon as we have made a decision but we are still working out all the costs involved and even if we do go ahead it will take around 6 weeks for the processes involved to be completed so there is no short term fix.
Apologies but this a legal change that affects all UK businesses and we cannot do anything about it.
