Farmyard Happy Birthday

Die-cut a rectangular panel from patterned paper. I used a yellow polka dot as it reminded me of hay.
Die-cut a smaller rectangular panel from a watercolour card. I used 300gsm weight. There are some great rectangular dies to choose from. Check them out here. The stitched rectangle dies are the most used dies in my studio.
Add a wash of blue watercolour to create a central focal panel.
Add some silver and blue watercolour splats. If you can, do the silver splats before the blue watercolour paint dries, it creates a 'cloud-like' pattern. It's hard to see in the photos but pretty in real life.
Stamp, colour and die-cut the farmyard animals from the Lawn Fawn's Simply Celebrate More Critters Stamp and Die Set.
Stamp and die cut the coordinating words.
Attach both to the panel to finish.
