Frosty Sparkly Background
Hello & Happy Thursday.
I’m still having fun with new products I’ve treated myself to recently! Another favourite that came to be part of my stash is Waffle Flower Frosty Background Stencil.
I love snowflakes and I am still dreaming of a white Christmas and part of my snow dance is using this beauty! I especially love white sparkly snowflakes and I love to pair aqua and teals with them. So I found a way to achieve this by inking through the stencil with VersaMark ink and heat embossing with clear sparkle EP.
I then inked over the design with a trio of Concord & 9th colours, Peacock, Oceanside and Aqua Sky. I trimmed the panel and adhered it to a white piece of card before adhering to my base card with foam tape.
I’ve said before, but I’ll say it again for good measure, the Concord & 9th Mistletoe Messages is a must, I reach for it all the time when making winter and Christmas cards. On this card I used the Let it Snow banner sentiment stamped in Peacock.
