I Heart Pandas Valentine's Day Card
Hi, Terri here! Today I am sharing a Valentine's Day card using the most recent release from Lawn Fawn.
I started by using the Bamboo Stencils, I ink blended a background panel using three shades of green ink, 1 for each of the layered stecnils. This was then added to an A2 card blank. I then cut the Bamboo Forest Backdrop Portrait Die twice from white cardstock. I adhered them together and added them on top of the ink blended background.
I stamped images from both the I Heart Pandas Stamp Set and the I Heart Pandas Add-On Stamp Set onto 80lb super smooth with cardstock using an alcohol friendly ink. I coloured the images with alcohol markers, added white gel pen highlights and cut them out using the Coordinating dies.
I added the Pandas onto the rock and placed this at the bottom of the card. next I stamped and white heat embossed the sentiments onto black card. I trimmed these and addeed them to the top section of the card using foam pads.
I embelished the scene with butterflies and flowers. I placed an envelope in one of the pands paws and a bamboo sprig in the other's. Lastly I stamped and die cut the butterfly trails and added them, I love how they give movement to the scene.
