I LOVE Christmas Trees!

Hello & Happy Thursday,

I am back getting my festive on today as lets be real, there isn’t too long left before I’m going to have to start mailing cards out! I was super happy to see Concord & 9th Tiny Trees Turnabout restocked.So I couldn’t resist using it for my cards today.

For my first card today I had to give the turnabout a go. I love that there are 4 green ink colours in the Concord & 9th collection, Sprout, Parsley, Clover & Evergreen. So I used all 4 for the stamping.

I thought I would give a bit of shape masking a go, so I used the MFT Heart Extraordinaire stencil mask. I love the subtle heart shape it has created for the sentiment from Mix & Match Holiday Sentiments to fit inside. I used Cranberry to ink up the sentiments. I love how this design would be pretty easy to mass produce and so many sentiments to choose from to change them up a bit too.

For my second card today I used a couple of strips of the stamped turnabout design I had left over. I often put them aside if I know I am going to be making more than one card as they come in handy for a border like I have done here.

I then simply stamped one of the tree designs and added some Nuvo Drop embellishments to it. The sentiment is from Home For the Holidays.

Just two simple cards from me today!
