Love Is Love

Love Is Love

Today I am sharing a really bright card, as it's Pride month I wanted a card that represents Love, what better sentiment than Love is Love.

I used the Conversation Heart Stencil and my Distreess Inks to ink a piece of strong white card, I used a 6x6 inch piece as thats the same size as the stencil and makes tapping htem together easier.

Keeping the stencil in place I added a layer of glitter paste, I worked fast and only swiped once as Distress ink is water reactive and the glitter paste and move the colour.

I used Oliver's Stitched ABC's to cut the sentiment from black card, I added it to a piece of vellum using a glue pen, when I apply things to vellum using wet glue I use my finger to dab of the excess glue so that it doesn't leak out.

I added a thin foam tape to the back of the vellum, behind the letters so that I could adhere it to my card without it being seen. I trimmed the panel to 4.25" by 5.5" and added it to an A2 card base.
