Have a Narly Birthday

Stamp, colour and die cut the narwhal, seahorse, lobster and sea elements, using Lawn Fawn's You Are Sublime and Seahorsin' Around. The seahorse is out of stock at the minute, but you could use the angler fish from the You Are Sublime set.
Cut a rectangular panel in aqua cardstock, stamp the sentiment from the Winter Narwhal set. and attach it to the card base.
Die cut a stitched border in white card. This Slimline Border Die Set would work well. Add to the card base.
Add a rectangular panel of patterned paper on top of the scalloped panel.
Die cut the triple holes panel in aqua cardstock using Mama Elephant's Slim Card Basics Die Set, and layer the panel using pop dots.
Add the coloured elements to the card with pop dots to finish.
