Peonies Anniversary Card

Hi, it's Ruby here. I hope you have something nice planned for today's extra day off.

Today I have an anniversary card to share with you, using Altenew's Gracious Peonies. After making this card, I noticed that this set is out of stock, but you could use any large statement flower stamp set like this Prim Peonies set.

Stamp, colour and die-cut your chosen flower. I used Altenew Artist Markers.
Die-cut two white stitched rectangular panels, one smaller than the other.
Dry emboss the smaller white panel using Altenew's Diamond Stars 3D Embossing Folder.
Attach the plain panel to the card base, then the embossed panel and top with the florals. NB. Die-cut two extra florals in white cardstock and layered these up under the florals to give some depth.
Die-cut the numbers using an alphabet set. This is a good alternative.
Stamp the Happy Anniversary sentiment from Altenew's Sentiment Strips and die cut using the matching set, Featured Sentiments Die Set. Die cut two more 'blanks' and attach them behind the stamped sentiment to the card.
Add some white gouache and black paint splats.
Finish the card with a few embellishments. I used gems and sequins.
