Shaking Up The World
Jen here and today I thought I would share a clean and simple shaker card using the World Window Die from Hero Arts
I started by creating a Top Folding A2 card in a pale green Sprout card stock from Concord and 9th before cutting out the die from the front of the card. I added some texture with a linen embossing folder to give it some more interest - you can use textured card stock for this effect as well.
I added a piece of acetate to cover the opening and then used foam tape to build around it before adding in some blue sequins. I then covered the panel with blue card stock.
In order to let the card still fold I used a score board to widen the crease at the top so the card would close perfectly without adding more layers so the card is easily posted.
I finished off the card with a simple sentiment from Waffle Flower (these are out of stock but should be back in soon) but you can use any label sentiment or heat emboss on black card stock for a similar effect.
