String of Lights Christmas Card

Hey, Terri here! Today I am sharing a Christmas card that features dies from 2 brands and is simple to make.

I started by die cuttting the String of Lights Die twice from white card, I glued them together to create a thicker piece. I then used my Alcohol markers to add colour to the bulbs in bright colours. I then added a mettalic accent to the top of each with a gold pen.

I prepared an A2 card blank with some patterned paper and adhered the die cut lights. I then cut a frame from bright striped paper to add over the top. Using the Classic Holiday Greeetings die, I cut the shodow layer from white card and the words from teal card, my tip here is to cut the word with cardstock that is backed with double sided adhesive, it makes it so much easier to piece together.
