Thanks a Bunch
Today I am sharing a thank you card created with Altenew's Our Friendship Blooms stamp set. I decided to use a colour palette that a crafty friend used, she's a fellow Altenew Educator, you can find her work on her blog Pixle Maven's Retreat
I stamped the flower bunch 3 times onto Neenah solar crest cardstock, I then used the coordinating Simple Colouring Stencil to add colour to the images. I die cut them and then snipped of the stems.
I used my chosen colours to blend a background, I gave it a little spritz with water to help soften the blend. Once dry I added the flowers to the card using a 1mm foam tape.
I die cut the sentiment using the Bold Thanks Die, I cut the base layer from vellum and the top from black card, when I sandwhched them together I felt that the vellum against the flowers didnt work so I added another layer of black below the vellum, this looked a lot better.
