Vellum Frosted Merry Trees

Hello & Happy Thursday.

I love July for getting a start on my Christmas crafting with lots of the big brands bringing us Christmas in July with their new product releases. I’m looking forward to seeing what Concord & 9th and Kristina Werner have in store for us this year.

Until then, I thought I would use a couple of Kristina Werner products I barely used last year, Merry Trees Stencils and Merry Trees Stamps.

For the stencilled background I used lots of C9 greens, Evergreen, Avocado, Sprout and Parsley. I also dug my vellum out again. I think it adds a lovely frosted and festive feel and a fun way to add a sentiment over a pattern.

I stamped in gold pigment ink and heat embossed in gold to give a stronger metallic look and added a few Cranberry enamel dots. To adhere the vellum I used adhesive behind the sentiment.
