You Make My Heart Sing - It's A Bird!

Hey there, Terri here! I hope you all had a good Easter, it feels like so long ago. The weather here is crazy warm and my garden is in full bloom! So, I decided to take the Lawn Fawn mice on a little adventure, today they are bird watching!!!

I started by stamping my chosen images from Heart Tree and It's A Bird, onto 110lb super smooth white cardstock. I then cloured the images using Alcohol markers. I added white gel pen highlights for added interest. I die cut the images using the coordinating dies.

I ink blended a sky using the Cloudy Stencil, I chose 2 colours of ink, a light blue and a light teal. I then added some white ink splatters. I die cut some Grassy Hillsides and added some green ink blending and white ink splatters, I like how it give the impression and littel daisies.

I stamped and heat embossed a sentiment from the It's A Bird stamp set and cut it with a Banner Die. I added the Sky and grass to an A2 card blank and adhered the tree. I then laid down all of the elements where I wanted them, this allowed me to see where I wanted to stamp pthe music notes. I then added all of the die cut pieces usnig a mix of wet glue and foam pads.
