Jen here and today I have a music themed card using the Mama Elephant Concert Goers stamp set as well as Sung Sayings and the new Photo Strips die.
I started by stamping the crowd from the Concert Goers stamp set onto black card stock (in hindsight i should have used a dark grey instead) and the added some shading with a black marker (sorry you cannot see this on the photos) before fussy cutting it out.
I cut 3 of the Photo Strips die from white card stock and then on three of the inserts I added some colour using distress inks ( Mermaid Lagoon, Mustard Seed and Picked Raspberry) to each of these.
I cut a backing strip and added the die cuts in layers adding in the coloured backgrounds into each section. I trimmed down the stamped crown to fit two of the sections then to the middle section added a sentiment and the notes from Sung Sayings,
I finished off the die cut with a sentiment at the bottom before adhering this to a black card blank.
To the centre of the card I added a white panel where I added one of the sentiments from the Sung Saying set as well as more notes.
A fun, bright card.
