Jen here and today I using just Distress Oxides and Dies for a set of three clean and simple spring cards.
I really love some of the new spring colours from the distress ink line so decided to use the newest colour Saltwater Taffy as well as a couple of the ones from last year for todays cards.
I started by using the Concord & 9th Stitched Vines background die and creating a few backgrounds from A2 card. I then inked up the back grounds using the 3 colours of distress oxide using my Waffle Flower Mini Media Mat and Blending Brushes to apply an even coat of colour.
I cut out the sentiments using the Greetery Starter Sentiments and Slim alpha in black and matching card stock before adding these to the cards.
I added them to some top folding card blanks and even thought about adding some sequins or gems but decided to leave them flat for easy posting.
