Happy new year everyone, let's hope this year we can find some calm and joy amoung all of the uncertainty.
I am sharing a non traditional valentines card today, My hubby and I don't to the soppy red thing when it comes to valentines day so I got my thinking cap on and came up with this card, I hope you like it.
I started off by stamping, cutting and colouring the two Yeti's from the Yeti or Not stamp set. I added some clear shimmer pen over the top to add a frosty feel to the Yeti's. I then die cut some layers for my card using the Scalloped slimline hearts die. I used some Chunky Glitter around the heart apertures, which I adhered with some white glue.
I added some bakers twine around the front layer and tied a little bow. The front panel was poped up on foam pads and the centre aperture was filled with one of the hearts that was cut from the panel. I added the Yeti's on foam pads and placethem inside the outer apertures. I love how this card can be used just tell some somebody you love them on any day of the year.
