We have a lot of stock arrivals this week so you might get a few newsletters from us as we get stuff added. The first of these is The Greetery's Hint of Autumn Collection and there are details of that below. However we want to kick off this newsletter with a couple of helpful suggestions as a few customers have reached out to us with issues accessing the new store.
If you have been unable to enter the store with the new pass code system or have seen a malware warning before you even got that far, we want to reassure you that there are NO SAFETY ISSUES with the new store. The likely cause of both these problems is to do with cache memory. When you visit websites regularly, your device stores certain elements from that site in your local cache memory - this makes it quicker to load. However, the more you visit the more "copies" of that information get stored in your cache memory. So if you don't regularly clear your cache your device can, for want of a better expression, get its knickers in a twist! So if you have ANY issues loading the new store, please clear the cache on your browser (mostly found under history then just tick cache and clear history) and you should find the problems magically disappear. It may also be beneficial to delete any cookies and passwords associated with the old website.
If you still struggle with this or any other aspect of the new store then please just email a screenshot of the error or problem you see to sales@sevenhillscrafts.co.uk and we will do our best to help you.
NEW ARRIVALS
The The Greetery's Hint of Autumn Collection is now in store along with lots and lots of restocks as requested (check out the new back in stock notification system if you are unsure how to request a restock on a sold out item)
This is a gorgeous seasonal collection full of leaves, frames and gorgeous textures - great for all year round not just Autumn!
The Capsule Basics Die is a great new addition as it's a larger size than most of their dies and the largest fits a 5 x 7 inch card. There will be future designs to fit this range too which is exciting so a great place to start with this collection!
There are also 2026 Calendars in stock in white and kraft and in both full and half page (half page give you room to add an image at the top of the page with a half page calendar below, full pages you add your designs to the back of each month and have a full page calendar on the front). There are printed florals in both white and kraft to fit the half page (same as last years with the addition of the kraft colour) which can be cut with scissors following the lines or with the dies from the Birth Month Florals range.
We have just got our Stamping Bella delivery so that will be in store next, and Waffle Flower will be in store on Friday once its released in the USA.
