12 Days Of Anita Jeram's Christmas (Part 1)

12 Days Of Anita Jeram's Christmas (Part 1)

Jen here, and today I am sharing the first of my 12 days of Anita Jeram Christmas....

You all know how much I love the images so I thought I would challenge myself to recreate the famous 12 days of Christmas Anita Jeram style .... Some use Christmas Stamps and some I had to get a little creative...

On the first day of Christmas Anita Jeram gave to me....

A Cat Stuck in a Christmas Tree

I started by colouring the image from Christmas Tree Cat with my alcohol markers and then fussy cut it out but there are matching dies.  I cut a panel using a stitched die and then added the sentiment from the set.  I made a red card base then added some striped DSP from MFT to give it some more dimension.

On the second day of Christmas Anita Jeram gave to me...

Two Tangled Mice

and A Cat stuck in a Christmas Tree

For the second days card I used a new set from this year, Mice Lights, and coloured it in before trimming down into a panel and adding to a bright pink card base.  I used the sentiment from the set as added some green mirror card from my stash to give it some extra details.

On the third day of Christmas Anita Jeram gave to me....

Three Kittens in Mittens,

Two Tangled Mice

and a Cat stuck in a Christmas Tree

For the last card for part one, I used one of the first Christmas stamps Kittens In Mittens, I coloured in using markers then cut out. I created a pale blue card base to match, added a strip of DSP and then a matching blue panel.  The sentiment came from the same set.  I finished by adding the image using foam tape for the extra dimension.

Thats the first three cards in the series... I'll be back next week with part 2

Have a great Saturday

Jen xx
