Keep Positive

Keep Positive

Hello! Deborah here with you today – I’ve swapped dates with Tara for a while. I hope everyone enjoyed the Jubilee weekend – it happened to coincide with my birthday, so I had a great time!! Today, I’ve got an encouragement card to share with you.

I cut a piece of white card to 4¼”x 5½” and used the Positively Cut Card Front Die to cut out the crosses. Next I die cut lots of crosses from a rainbow of card scraps in my stash. I adhered the die cut white panel to the front of an A2 note card and used the in-laid die technique to replace the crosses. I love the way this turned out – so bold, bright, and positive. I stamped an encouragement greeting in black, fussy cut it out and adhered it to the card with dimensional pads. I finished the front with a tiny butterfly added above the sentiment.

Inside the card, I cut a mat layer of purple card and on the white panel I stamped another encouragement greeting along with another butterfly.

That’s all from me today. See you again next week.

Deborah, x
