Jen here today and I have a super cute card full of outdoor adventure using My Favourite Things Outdoor Adventures stamps and dies for a cute scene.

I started by stamping and colouring the two little animals from the stamp set before cutting them out. There are matching dies to this set to quick and easy to do.

I then used the Purple Onion Designs Lake Background to create a really quick scene for the animals to sit on, before creating a mini slimline card base of 6 x 3.5 inches (I love this size as you can use 6x6 DSP) and added some green DSP to the background. I added the lake back ground on a black mount then added the animals using foam tape.

I stamped and white embossed the sentiment onto black card stock to finish it all off. I only used half of the sentiment in the set by masking it off before stamping.

Really quick and easy card for you today showing that you dont always need to colour the background for it to be effective.
