Hey stampers, Anni here!

Over here in Germany tomorrow is Mother's Day. So I made a card for my mum using Waffle Flower's Poppy Hawthorne.

You can easily turn this card into a birthday card or a card for any other occassion by changing the sentiment.

Once again I did some no line colouring. I am so in love with this technique at the moment that Iuse it on almost every card I make. So I started by stamping the beautiful flower arrangement onto a piece of cardstock. For the colouring I started with watercolours and added some details and shadows later with pencils. I also added some small splatters with the watercolours I used.

To cut down the panel I used Waffle Flower's Lacy Layers.

For my sentiment I wanted something in German. It simply says Mother's Day.

So I decided to make my own by using W Plus 9's Everyday Alpha. These letters are easy to arrange because the stamps are rectangles. That makes aligning very simple. There are also multpiles of many letters.

Then all that was left to do was to assemble the card.
