Neon Bright Birthday
Morning! Deborah here with you today. I can’t quite believe that it’s March already, February went by in a flash. I have a birthday card to share today for my cousin; he's 56 years old today!!
I’ve used some old favourites from Altenew and Concord & 9th on this card. First I cut a piece of white card to measure 3¾” x 5”. I used the hexagon image from Spheres & Spirals and stamped in neon bright inks to create a background pattern. Next, I lightly blended the neon blue ink around the border of the panel and layered the finished panel on black card and added it to the front of an A2 note card (US size card). I finished the front by adding a simple, bold birthday greeting from All the Birthdays. I stamped it with Versafine Onyx Black ink and embossed with clear powder, I repeated the process to get an enamelled look. I used the square die from All the Birthdays to cut out the greeting and added to the card.
Inside, I cut a mat layer of black card. On the white panel I added my favourite sentiment from Just a Number and added some confetti decorations in the neon inks.
