Simple Floral

Hello, Deborah here with you this morning. Today’s card is to support #cardsforukraine and I’ll post it on social media to fill the place with cards in blue and yellow, the colour of the Ukraine flag. I haven’t added any sentiment, as it really says it all.

I made a mini slimline card which measures 3¼” x 6¼” from white card stock. I masked off the bottom and blended a bright blue ink over the top of the card, and then masked the top and added bright yellow ink to the bottom of the card. I used MFT Mini Slimline Stitched Stax #5 to die cut a piece of white card and added diagonal stitched stripes with the Concord & 9th Stitched Stripe Card Front. I adhered the panel to the centre of the card front. I finished the front by cutting a flower (I didn’t have a sunflower) using MFT In Focus Florals and I blended blue and yellow ink over the top. I adhered the flower directly on top of the panel.

I’ve left the inside blank so that I can write my own message. That’s all from me today.
