Hello, Terri here! Today I’m excited to share a fun Easter-themed shaker card featuring some fabulous products from Waffle Flower Crafts.

I started by die-cutting a piece of white cardstock using the Postage Collage Die. Next, I layered the Postage Collage Blocks Stencil over the top and secured it with washi tape to keep everything in place. Using the Small Patterns Stencil, I added different patterns to each of the stamp sections, choosing a different ink colour for every panel to create a bright and cheerful collage effect.
With the background complete, it was time for the fun part! I used the Postage Collage Spring Silhouettes Stamp to stamp a variety of images in black ink. The bold black stamping really helps the designs stand out against the colourful patterned backgrounds.

Next, I die-cut a frame from hot pink cardstock using the Postage Collage Blocks Die. On the reverse side of the frame, I adhered a piece of acetate to create the shaker window.
I then added foam tape to the stencilled background, placing it around the edges of the panel and around the die-cut circle sections of the stamps. This creates small barriers that help keep the shaker elements contained within each section. I added iridescent AB sequins to each compartment before carefully placing the acetate frame over the top to seal everything in place.
For the finishing touch, I chose a sentiment from the Egg Hunt Sentiment Combo. I stamped it in black ink onto white cardstock and die-cut it using the coordinating die. The sentiment was placed in the centre of the card using foam pads to add a little extra dimension.

Lastly, I added some fun Easter elements from the Postage Collage Egg Hunt Icon Dies. I die-cut a cute little chick, an Easter egg, and a bow. I used an alcohol marker and a white gel pen to add highlights and extra detail before adhering them to the card with thin foam pads.
This was such a fun and colourful card to create, and I love how the shaker elements add movement and sparkle to the design. I hope it inspires you to get creative with your Easter card making!
