today I`d like to share two birthday cards with you.
For both cards I used My Favorite Things’ super cute set Fox and Friends. As I told you already I stamped a whole sheet of images a few weeks ago and made my own colouring page! Colouring is my perfect part of card making. So when I have a little time on hand I like to colour more images then I need for the current project. And it is very practical to have some precoloured images in your stash.
I coloured the critters using watercolours and pencils.
For both cards I created a light background by blending turquoise ink on a cardstock panel.
For the first card I just added a few images to the panel, keeping them in the lower third of the card. A simple Happy Birthday from My Favorite Things’ Bitty Birthday Wishes and the card was finished.
For the second one I wanted to add some hills to the scene. I die cut some snowy hills from white cardstock.
I used the same sentiment as for the first card and stamped it using black ink.
