Hi everyone, it's Natalia here today. With February over it's time for me to return to Spring crafting... but with a difference.
Just to prove that "seasonal" products can be used for every occasion, I've given the lovely Mushroom Meadow autumnal stencil set from The Greetery a Spring makeover.

To kick things off, I grabbed some white cardstock and a selection of ink pads for the 6 steps in the Mushroom Meadow stencil set. I was tempted to add some yellow tones, but embraced the contrast of fresh greens and pinky purples.
I wanted to feature the Mushroom Meadow background inside an aperture. So I used the Capsule Basics dies to cut the aperture in the blue card front. I then used the Capsule Basics stencil set as a guide to help me line up the outer scallop capsule die with the smaller one and taped them together to cut the frame.
Much of the ever-popular Capsule collection from The Greetery is currently out of stock – it just keeps flying out, and for good reason! But if there are any items you are still wanting to get you can request a restock.

For a little Spring speckle, I added a splattering of white and white gold paint to my card front before sticking it over the Mushroom Meadow background.
The card format I've used here is regular A6 UK format, perfect for the smaller Capsule Basics dies.
For my sentiment and finishing touch, I grabbed the Put a Bow on It stamp set, which features sentiments for various occasions, including Easter and Spring. It fits very nicely at a jaunty angle on the Capsule Basics dies.
And there we go, a little progress in the much neglected Spring and Easter crafting!
Until next time, happy crafting!
