Hey everyone, Jen here (on my new day) and I have a cute little square card... which I definitely never make enough of... using Purple Onion's Picking Daisies stamp by designer Pei.
I started by colouring in the little hamster from the stamp set with really simple colouring before fussy cutting it out.
I created a 5 inch square card base using Concord & 9th Grasshopper card stock and then added a strip of cork paper from my stash and a super thin strip of black. You can use any designer paper for this or even a stencil and paste, embossing folder or a stamp and heat emboss.
I cut out a circle using The Greetery Crimped Circles Dies which is one of my favourites and added it over the panel I had added. I added the image using foam tape for some dimension.
The card is finished off with a Hello sentiment from the Altenew Versatile Greeting die set which I cut out from the same paper as the band and mounted on black card stock. You can pick any sentiment die or stamp for this card.
