I'm back with another instalment in my Christmas in July series.
This week, the focus is on a lovely layering stencil set from The Greetery - the Christmas Sampler product suite.
I absolutely love the magic of layering stencils and how all the steps come together to reveal the final image.
Plus, so many of these sets can be used on coloured cardstock - so that's the route I've gone today, with a very pale pink cardstock as my card base.
I went with warmer ink shades for the six stencils involved (there is also a very useful guide included to help you choose your colours), and with the help of my shader brushes from Waffle Flower I was able to do some selective shading for some of the layers.
Once all those steps were done, I finished off the card with a sentiment from the coordinating Christmas Sampler Sentiments stamp set and matching dies.
