Hello & Happy Thursday.
Hands up who had a hard time deciding what to purchase from the recent The Greetery additions to the store. I certainly had a tough time deciding! However one collection was a must and that was the Fall Foliage.
This collection contains the Fall Foliage stamps, Fall Foliage Dies and the Fall Foliage Hot Foil. I am a bit of a sucker for foliage, I find them super versatile. This set is orientated towards Fall with the sentiments contained in it, but I wanted to share some inspiration as to how they can be used all year round.
This week I am sharing a Spring inspired card and a Summer inspired card using the stamps and dies.
First up is Spring.
I used Concord & 9th Sprout and Parsley ink to stamp one of the foliage sprigs to create a random background. I used a fun angled design to add interest and coordinating Sprout card stock.
The sentiment is from Concord & 9th Annuals stamp set. I was thinking of a beautiful Spring wedding congratulations card.
For my Summer card I opted for a bright and cheerful rainbow colour.
I chose another of the foliage stamps, stamping it in a selection of Concord & 9th colours. I then die cut each of the leaves with the coordinating die before adhering to my mat card panel using foam adhesive. Again the sentiment is from Concord & 9th Annuals stamp set.
