Hello, crafters, Tallie here. I'm back with you today with a 'fairy' simple one-layer card featuring the Avery Elle Fairy Happy stamp set and some no-line colouring.
I started off by stamping out the fairy image onto some blending cardstock in some Lawn Fawn Jellyfish ink. This ink is really great for no-line colouring in alcohol markers as it disappears even with the lighter colours like skintones.
Next, I coloured her in with my Copic markers, making sure to emphasise the shadows and highlights more than I normally would on black-line stamped images. For the finer details, I added a layer of coloured pencil to give areas like her face more definition.
I stamped out the sentiment from the set in some Lawn Fawn Fresh Lavender ink, adding a few of the small stars to give the trailing fairy dust effect.
A fairy simple birthday card with the added bonus of no-line colouring practice!
