Today I’m sending good vibes your way.
The weather here has been quite dismal, so I thought some bright colours paired with a beautiful detailed butterfly was in order.
I love butterflies, so there was no surprise I had to have the MFT Peek-a-Boo Butterfly Die and I also love an angle panel on a card, so the Slanted Shottcuts Dies had to come join me in my craft room!
I’ve been using this fun colour combo of Dragonfruit, Honeysuckle, Marmalade, Buttercup and a lime colour from another brand. They look so vibrant against a black background too.
For the butterfly, I die cut it from black card before fussy cutting it out and adhering it over an ink blended background. I then fussy cut again so I could adhere and lift the wings slightly.
The embossed white sentiment is from Citrus Crush Stamp Set and to finish I added a few Pebble enamel dots.
