Hi, Terri here! Today I am sharing a fun Christmas card using lots of Concord & 9th products.
I started by die cutting the Wreath elements from the Joyful Wreath Die from several shades of green cardstock. I added some ink blending to the leaves and began to add the leaves to the wreath base, tucking some in behind others until I was happy with the fullness. I then spritzed the wreath with water and sprinkled some Snow Flock over the top to give a frosted look.
Using the Joyful Wreath Die I die cut the berries and sentiment from a plum coloured card, the sentiment banner from vellum and the bow from glittered cardstock. I added the berries and coated them with glossy accents. I then adhered the sentiment to the banner and added it to the wreath. The bow comes in several parts, with the option of two tails, I glued them together and added it the the bottom of the wreath.
To create the background for my card I die cut a piece of green cardstock and ran it through my die cut machine with the Quilted Card Front. To step the design up a little I decided to add a plaid pattern using the Merry Mix Stencil Pack. I picked out a shade of green that was a little darker than my cardstock and ink blended through the plaid stencils. I love how this looks, it really highlights the faux stitched lines. I added the wreath to the background using foam pads and glued it to a white A2 card Blank.
