Hello & Happy Thursday,
For my card today I decided to break out my watercolours and Glimmer hot foil machine to create a simple but elegant card.
I started with aa panel of watercolour card stock, 8.5 x 12 cm and I wet the card with my brush before using Altenew Crimson, Warm Sunshine and Puffy Heart watercolours to create a background.
Once my background was dry, I used the Greetery Deco Triangles Hot Foil Plate with Matte Gold foil.
For my sentiment I used the popular Newton’s Nook Birthday Greetings Hot Foil Plate which I trimmed and adhered to a vellum mat with foam adhesive.. I then used double sided tape to adhere the sentiment and then adhered the finished panel to my white base card using foam adhesive.
Finally I finished the card with a scattering of sparkly sequins.
