For some distraction I am sharing a card with Avery Elle's super cute Peek-a-Boo Scary Pals. I love all of Avery Elle's Peek-a-Boo critters and they work perfect together. But for this card I only used monsters.
I started by stamping the monsters I wanted to use but also some of the "accessoires" in the set: the sign, the party hats and the balloons.
After colouring the images with alcohol marker, I cut them put. There are coordinating dies avaiable for this set.
I die cut a frame for my little monster scene using the smaler one from Avery Elle's Postage Stamp Die. I cut the frame twice, once from light grey and once from aqua cardstock.
After assembling the card I had the feeling the background was a bit to plane white. So I added some dots using the lightest ones of the colour combo I used for the monsters.
That finished up my card.
