Hello & Happy Thursday,
It didn’t take me long to go back to my favourite, Concord & 9th and I couldn’t resist the Potpourri Dies and Potpourri Stamp Set.
I started with the dies to create this clean and simple, yet colourful card. I used Aqua Sky, Buttercup, Marmalade, Honeysuckle and Peacock to ink blend my background. I then die cut the background, such beautiful detail.
I cut another background from black card to layer it up, off setting slightly to give a shadow effect and adhered to my white card base. The Smile sentiment is part of the die set and I love the size. I popped this on with foam adhesive to give a little more dimension.
I couldn’t resist making a second clean & simple card using the Potpourri Stamps. I used Sorbet, Honeysuckle, Parsley and Oceanside to stamp the elements going up the left side of my card.
Finishing off with a simple sentiment strip adhered using foam adhesive.
