Happy Thursday!
I think you all know now that I love colour and I love a good rainbow of colour too. So when I saw Concord & 9th Color Me Happy Stamp Set and coordinating Color Me Happy Dies, the ideas of colourful and rainbow cards came flooding in.
Today I have just used the stamp set for my cards, along with a couple of stamps. First up is this fun birthday card...
I was particularly drawn to this set because of the brushstroke / crayon stroke stamps it contained. There are so many fun background possibilities with these and the more I stamped the more ideas I have jotted down for future cards ;)
For this card I created a rainbow down the centre of my card. I then stamped the 'Happy' sentiment from the set. The 'Birthday' sentiment is from Reverse Confetti Best Sentiments. I have masked when inking to partially stamp just the Birthday.
For my next card I wanted to play with the brushstroke heart stamp to create a Valentine's Day or simple any occasion 'Love You' card. Like for the card above I used Concord & 9th ink colours to stamp the hearts all over my base card in a rainbow of colours.
I have then stamped the 'Love You' sentiment from the Concord & 9th Hey Bestie Stamp Set and die cut it with a heart die.
