Hi, it's Ruby. I have a simple striped floral birthday card to share today.

I rarely use grey in my cards, but I have been playing around with different colour palettes as I need to push through my comfort zones, so I thought I'd mix it up with a bit of cherry red and burgundy.
Here's the process:
-
Cut some strips of cardstock in various colours and attach them across the middle front of the card base.
-
Using Mama Elephant's Combo Circle Die Set, die-cut a cherry red scallop, and a white solid stitched circle. Attach and add to the striped panels.
-
Stamp and die-cut florals using Concord & 9th's Happy For You and Floral Hoop Die Set.
-
Stamp the sentiment using burgundy ink.
-
Add some sparkle with a clear glitter pen and some pearls to finish.

The sun is shining here today. I hope the sun is shining where you are too!

Have a great week
