Hello & Happy Thursday,
With the sudden drop in temperatures recently, it had me thinking all about snowflakes. Always here hoping for a white Christmas! So I dusted off Concord & 9th Snow Flurry to create this card.
I’m loving a ink blending technique I discovered recently, where you use a coloured piece of card & then use darker shades of the same colour to add shading to create a spotlighting effect.
Here I used Aqua Sky card and Aqua Sky and Oceanside ink to add shading to the card panel. I then masked off an area to stamp and white heat emboss the smaller stamps from Snow Flurry.
I then added a die cut frame of white card and added a heat embossed sentiment panel before splattering with some Gansi Tambi Starry Colours.
