Jen here and for this weeks instalment of Christmas In July is back to Last Christmas featuring Purple Onion Design and Poinsetta Love by Pei. I know I made a whole advent of POD last year but there were a few images I didnt manage to use - this cutie was one of them so it had to be first on the list this year.
I started buy colouring in the image using my alcohol markers before fussy cutting it out not really having any idea what I was going to do with it.
I still had the Waffle Flower pierced lines on my desk from last week ... so much to tidy up so I decided to use it again and took mint card stock and created a panel. I trimmed it down and then decided to add some splatter with my gansai tambi Starry colours.
I added it to a black card base and then made a snow mound with a little scrap of white card stock mounting it all with foam tape.
I added the sentiment from left overs from last week using Waffle Flower Holiday Label maker stamps and dies to finish it off.
