Position the top of the stencil, add your color with the medium of your choice, then rotate the stencil 180°, and repeat! The result is a dimensional, multi-color blend of balloons that is ideal for acting as a backdrop to a stamped or die-cut sentiment or serving as the beginning of a festive party scene.
