Hello & Happy Thursday.
Today I was in the mood for clean & graphic. I am super sad that another small company has ceased trading and will greatly miss Reverse Confetti. I especially loved their graphic style stamps, like the Sending Smiles Stamp that I have chosen to use on my card today.
I started by stamping the solid flower in Concord & 9th Eggplant ink in opposing corners of my white card base. I then created a mask using the coordinating Sending Smiles Die from thin printer paper. I temporarily adhered this over the flower to stamp the flower again in Buttercup and Honeysuckle ink.
The Oceanside flower is stamped on a scrap piece of card and die cut before adhering using foam adhesive. I chose the ‘thank you’ sentiment from the stamp set and to finish the card off I adhered the panel to a Concord & 9th Mushroom card base.
I totally recommend getting the Sending Smiles Stamp and Sending Smiles Dies before they’re no longer available, they are definitely fun to use.
That’s all from me today.
