It's been CRAZY busy around here this week, but I wanted to make a card to show off some of the new Lawn Fawn products on release day, so here's a quick card I made whilst waiting for dinner to cook on Tuesday! You have to grab crafty moments where you can in this house right now!
I used the Snow Globe Scenes stamp to stamp my little globe and paper-pieced the bottom with some woodgrain card to give it a realistic base. The scene inside is actually using my favourite set from the release - Peas on Earth - I love the peas and the puns to go with them! I stamped them on an imaginary hill of snow and just filled that in with stickles after colouring the scene with pencils. I used more stickles to make it snow as you can't have a snow globe without snow!
To make it sparkle even more, I added a simple matt from pixie dust card and a navy background for contrast before adding a sentiment to finish. The sentiment in the peas set is Hap-pea holidays which is a bit too American for me, so I just snipped Christmas from a stamp in the Shutter Card Sentiment set and used that instead.
Hope you like this card - it makes me very Hap-pea!
