Lawn Fawn - Valentines Bunny – Seven Hills Crafts

Hi, Terri here! Today I’m sharing a cute and interactive Valentine’s bunny card that wobbles—perfect for handmade Valentine’s Day cards, craft fairs, or gifting to someone special.

This card features an adorable Lawn Fawn bunny, a soft cloudy background, and a fun action wobbler for movement.

How to Make a Valentine’s Wobble Bunny Card

1. Die Cut and Colour the Bunny

I started by die cutting all the elements for the bunny using the Build-A-Bunny die set from white cardstock. I added colour with dye inks to give the bunny soft shading and dimension. I adhered all the pieces together using a strong wet glue.

For the accessories, I used the Build-A-Critter Valentines Accessories dies.

Bow: gold glitter cardstock
Wings: vellum
Robe/Toga: white cardstock

2. Create the Cloudy Background

To make the background, I used the Cloudy Stencil with two ink colours: a soft pink and peach. I blended the clouds from top to bottom to create a gentle gradient, then added ink splatters for texture.

Once dry, I trimmed the panel using the largest Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables die.

3. Assemble the Card Base

I added striped patterned paper from the Candy Cane Lane 6x6 Paper Pad onto an A2 white card base. Then I layered the cloudy sky panel on top.

For the sentiment, I used my stamping platform and stamped a sentiment from the Henry's Build-A-Sentiment Love Stamp Set in black pigment ink at the bottom of the card.

4. Add the Wobble Feature

To make the card interactive, I attached an Action Wobble to the back of the bunny and adhered it to the card. This gives the bunny a fun wobble when the card is touched—perfect for Valentine’s Day!

5. Finish with Heart Details

I die cut lots of hearts using the Stars and Herts Skinny Tag dies from hot pink and silver glitter cardstock. I scattered them across the card to look like the bunny has shot love into the air with his arrow. Adding a heart to the tip of the arrow in hot pink really pulls the whole design together.
