Happy Thursday!
The first week of September is a fun and celebratory one for our family. One celebration often gets overlooked or forgotten about because of twin birthday celebrations and thats our Wedding Anniversary. This year I am making an effort and set about making a card for the occasion!
I still had Concord & 9th Hey Bestie clear stamp set out on my desk from my card last week and it fits the bill perfectly for a clean and simple 'Love You' card.
I started by using the solid heart from the set along with Altenew Red Cosmos ink collection to create my background. I've stamped the 'Love You' sentiment onto a small rectangle and popped it up with foam adhesive. I finished the design by off-setting the stamped panel on my base card for a little added interest.
Short & sweet from me this week, this mama is exhausted from all the birthday and back to school prep! Fingers crossed I get a little rest and recovery so I can stay awake on our anniversary! LOL!
